Welcome to Muphoenix. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, communication channels, and the purchase of EV infrastructure products from TAIZHOU MUPHOENIX TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. ("Muphoenix", "we", "us", or "our"). By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these B2B terms.

1. B2B Wholesale Nature

Muphoenix operates strictly as a Business-to-Business (B2B) manufacturer and wholesale supplier. Our products and services, including AC/DC EV Chargers, Mode II cables, and High Voltage systems, are intended for commercial use, distribution, or OEM integration. We do not sell directly to individual retail consumers.

2. Quotations and Pricing

  • Validity: Unless otherwise specified in writing, official quotations provided by our engineering/sales team are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue.
  • Currency: All prices are quoted in USD (United States Dollars) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Incoterms: Prices are typically quoted based on EXW or FOB terms (Ningbo/Shanghai ports). Shipping, insurance, and destination customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer unless specifically negotiated.

3. Orders and Production Lead Times

An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed initial deposit. Standard production lead times for bulk orders generally follow a 30-day manufacturing cycle. For custom OEM/ODM projects requiring rapid custom tooling, a specific timeline will be detailed in the formal proforma invoice (PI).

4. Payment Terms

Standard wholesale payment terms are 30% deposit via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) to commence production, with the 70% balance due before shipment upon presentation of inspection reports or bill of lading (B/L) copy. Irrevocable L/C at sight may be accepted for large-volume orders subject to prior management approval.

5. Quality Assurance and Warranty

We pride ourselves on our IATF 16949 certified quality control. Muphoenix offers a standard 2-Year Aftermarket Warranty on our EV charging stations and high-voltage products against manufacturing defects under normal commercial use. The warranty covers replacement parts or units but does not cover local labor costs or damage caused by improper installation, grid surges, or vandalism.

6. Intellectual Property & Custom OEM

For white-label or custom ODM/OEM projects, all tooling, public molds, and software (OCPP integrations) developed by Muphoenix remain our intellectual property unless a specific exclusive tooling agreement is signed. We strictly respect your brand identity and will maintain confidentiality regarding your custom enclosure designs and business data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Muphoenix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from the use or inability to use our EV infrastructure products in your regional network.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising in connection with international trade shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration.
